In 2011, dancehall artist Popcaan supplied us with a ton of hits and proved he was a solo artist with staying power. And he’s hit the ground running in 2012, releasing both a video for “Only Man She Wants” and a new single “Get Gyal Easy,” all in the first week. (Stream both here). Now, Poppy, who’s been known to sport some bold fashions, is trying his hand at fashion and has linked with Brooklyn Mixpak Records, whose Dre Skull was behind “Get Gyal Easy,” for a line of merchandise. The first items are the “Get Gyal Easy” t-shirts featured above, but we understand there’s plenty more to come from the Mixpak/Popcaan axis, both musically and gear-wise, so stay tuned.
