Trinitech: Jillionaire’s Culture Bash

Our man in Port of Spain–known to the masses as Jillionaire Juice–just posted a post-bashment carnival mix over at the newly-redesigned Mad Decent site. It’s a mix of soca, warp-speed dancehall and housey stuff that we call trinitech. He calls it Culture Bash. Either way, I’m thinking the recession has taken a bite out of even his jillions cause I’m still waiting on him to fix his BlackBerry so we can get some carnival pics in this piece. Jillionaire!!

But even if you missed carnival there is still cause to celebrate cause we just found out Jilli is slated to play the Winter Music Conference with our mutual dogs Skerrit Bwoy and Walshy Killa from Black Chiney which will be a super-Antillean jamtech explosion of unprecedented proportions. Stay tuned.
