One of our favorite designer of fly tees just posted an interview with the homey Dan Kuster of Gold Shop Reggae. The former A&R at Greensleeves, 45 Ambassador and a few other seminal reggae labels, Dan had already been a steady hand on reggaeโs steering wheel for years before he launched the collectorโs label to repress classic 45s from the foundation days of dancehall, preserving essential pieces of music and reggae culture you can read about here, here and here. Clientele picked his brain on some other forms of knowledge, however, noting his go-to pizza and patty spots in NYC as well as his favorite all-time recording artists and clothing labels.
