We’ve been telling you for a minute about SuperHeavy, the reggae-playing, wearing-it-on-their-sleeves supergroup consisting of Mick Jagger, Damian Marley, Joss Stone, A.R. Rahman and Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics. This past weekend, the fivesome released their first video, for “Miracle Worker,” the lead single from their self-titled album due Sept. 20 on A&M Records. Each member is in character, in some sort of retail capacity, in a gritty urban utopia that vaguely recalls Sesame Street: Jagger is a pink suit-wearing botánica operator, Stone is working at some sort of coffee-and-plants retailer, Marley’s got a record store, Stewart is in a tattoo shop and Rahman, well, he’s just riding around in the backseat of a car taking it all in. Watch below, and check the album’s track listing at Consequence of Sound.
