You already know Bunji Garlin has a Truck On D Road. When the Soca Viking arrives in NYC for next week’s Labor Day festivities, he’ll also have a Boat on D Sea (well, D River at least). Bunji will be hosting the Carnival Gold Yacht Party celebrating the release of VP Records’ 2014 Reggae Gold and Soca Gold compilations next Wednesday, August 27th. The ride, which sets sail from Pier 40, 353 West St. in Manhattan at 9pm (8pm boarding time), also includes performances from fellow Reggae Gold 2014 artists Gyptian and Spice, along with the Vi-Queen Fay-Ann Lyons.
Tickets are available for sale here, but we’ve got a pair to give away. To enter, take a screenshot of this post and post it to Instagram with the hashtag #BunjiOnDYacht, and make sure you are following @Largeupdotcom.
