Blacka Di Danca has touched the road again, and this time he’s in Europe for his longest tour yet. If you’ve followed Blacka’s adventures in his Blacka’s World column, you know the drill by now: When Blacka comes to your town, it’s your opportunity to learn how fi dance dancehall from a true bashment maestro. Blacka’s classes aren’t just about showing you how to do the latest steps: they’re a full tutorial highlighting dancehall movements from the ’90s through today. In other words, you don’t just come out of his classes with a few new dancehall steps in your repertoire, but also knowledge of the culture.
After starting things off with his first date in Portugal, Blacka’s back in France, with dates to follow in Belgium, Finland, Sweden and Denmark, plus a side trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina, during the second week in November.
