Words by DJ Gravy
So we’ve been hearing about a DJ doing some serious things out in Europe who goes by the name of Rakka. His performances at clubs and festivals all around Europe have been making some noise out there, and dude just seems like one of those hardcore type people in every way. This wild Russian DJ/producer (who also reps Belgium and Spain) hit us up with something we liked, it’s an energetic dance-y remix of everyone’s favorite catchphrase king…. oh nooooo! Red Rat sounds great in this reinterpretation of his 1998 hit “Bizzi Blazzi,” off the original Black Widow riddim.
While the remix definitely fits into the EDM category, its use of tasteful phrasing, understated buildups and its 107 BPM tempo makes it equally enjoyable in a turn-up or cool-out setting. Look out for more vibes from Rakka coming soon and DJ’s, cop this one in time for those summer pool parties…
