Later this week the globally celebrated High Times Cannabis Cup makes its first rightful pilgrimage to Jamaica November 12-15, and to properly christen the occasion we’ve got the official soundtrack supplied direct from the source by top JA roots & culture selector Yaadcore. Many know the name as a radio personality, touring DJ for reggae star Protoje, or purveyor of high grade reggae mixes – and with this session he pledges a statement opposing the prohibition of the International Herb and the oppressive policies that surround it around the world. Given the green light into the VP and Greensleeves Records vaults for this historic event (the cup is limited to JA growers and in JA’s first ganja-exempt event) Yaadcore boils classics from both labels as well as spotlights brand new music from the Dub Rockers imprint. Ganja fi bun!
