Got an ailment? Crucian dancehall artiste Bush Tea has got the cure.

Steeped with a new current, Bush Tea checks in with LargeUp to premiere the video for her 2020 summer single “Siddong,” which hits streaming this Friday, July 17. The tune, produced by Jachary, has an uptempo swing, infused with house and trap music elements, drizzled in a Caribbean dance party vibe. Revelers, whether virtual or in person, will catch the heat as Bush Tea serves it hot.

Known for her single “Wiyah Waist,” her new video doesn’t disappoint, solidifying Bush Tea’s reputation for delivering remedies. The young artiste has emerged as a soldier for St. Croix, while embracing her fierce femininity. The “Siddong” visual showcases Bush Tea’s love of her island, flying the VI flag high, while treating her viewers to stunning scenery of the vibrant island.

Speaking on the contrast of beauty and hardship, a contemplation of most island-bred artists, Bush Tea says, “The natural environment always films beautifully but there are some challenges you face as an indie artist. Relying on the strength of the community of amazing Crucians helps bring this video to life.”
