The parade must go on. Even though the West Indian Day Carnival Association has halted the in-person West Indian Day Parade this year, the virtual celebration will forge ahead in a salute to Caribbean culture. The official virtual road celebration will take place this year on Monday, Sept. 7th. Even though the dancing, wining and getting on bad will be hosted online, the massive vibration of the Caribbean will be felt beyond the screen! Ready, rolllll. Here are a few Caribbean music mixes to make your socially distanced toasts to the Caribbean.
