The Marley family has always kept busy in a variety of ventures including fashion and non-profit work. Now, they are combining the two to do some more good for children in the US and abroad. Their foundation 1Love has collaborated with Made for Good, an online store that sells socially conscious clothing lines, and Save the Children to create a line of t-shirts. Profits from the sales of the shirts, which are decorated with 1Love’s mission statement, “Youth, Planet, Peace”, will be used by Save the Children’s “Literacy Boost” initiative to create and stock libraries and train teachers and volunteers in literacy education.
The shirts look fresh and the cause is definitely a worthy one. Help teach the yout dem and support by purchasing one here.
